UP&DOWN BARCELONA

But it now reopens as a multifunctional venue, offering a new leisure experience to a select clientele. It presents a totally new entertainment proposal unlike anything else you’ve seen in the city. The Up&Down nightclub occupies 4,100 m2 in the upper area of Barcelona, on Av. Doctor Marañón, nº 17, on the junction with Av. Diagonal, close to the Catalan Conference Centre, just a few metres away from Barcelona Football Club’s ground and right next to the city’s most up-market hotels.
Its three floors of designer décor are ideal for any type of event, whether private or corporate, during the day or at night, whatever the client’s preferences.
Altogether, the facilities can cater for over 2,800 people at one time.
Up&Down’s design is inspired by a modernist New Yorker style, with a splash of classic details reinterpreted through some exclusive accessories imparting a sophisticated yet comfortable ambience.

UP ROOM
Situated on the upper floor, it covers 400 m2, comprising a hall and a magnificent terrace. The Up Room occupies the upper part of the building, part of which has been fitted with floor to ceiling glazing affording a panoramic view over the location. Meticulous attention has been paid to the lighting and to creating a warm and exclusive ambience. The Restaurant serving creative cuisine is located on this level, next to the cocktail bar.Due to its design, its technical features and layout, this space is the perfect location for holding events.
DOWN ROOM
The Down Room covers 1,000 m2 distributed over various zones, where you can find the VIP areas, 4 private suites and a 35 m2 space perfect for a wide variety of different events, since it even has 4.5 m x 2.5 m lift that navigates the 4 m distance between the room and the car park in 38 seconds and has a load capacity of 1,200 kg. This room, on the lower floor of the building, has two entrances to separate those entering through the normal entrance from those accessing the VIP areas.VIP ROOM
